Driving Experience packages are lap total or equivalent to 1 minute = 1 lap. For example if you choose a 5 lap package you will drive either 5 laps or for 5 minutes on track, if you choose a 10 lap package you will drive 10 laps or 10 minutes on track whichever comes first.
